1. What is Rumoved’s order processing time?
We aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 3–5 business days for our team to process your order after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery progress.

Please note that international shipping carriers may experience delays due to high demand, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.


2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after placement. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel your order once it has entered our fulfillment system. Contact us immediately at info@floravincia.com if you need to cancel. If cancellation is not possible and you still wish to return the items, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! After successfully placing your order, you will get an order confirmation email containing your order number, items purchased, and total cost. If you don’t see this email, check your spam/junk folder.


4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment email from info@floravincia.com with your tracking number. It may take up to 3 business days for the tracking link to activate. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view updates.


5. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot split one order into multiple shipping addresses. Please place separate orders if you wish to ship items to different locations.


6. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us immediately at info@floravincia.com with your order number and new address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.


SHIPPING

7. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and location. Typically, expect 3–10 business days after dispatch for standard shipments. After leaving our facility, the carrier is responsible for final delivery. For tracking updates, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


8. What if my package shows delivered but I haven’t received it?
Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely. If this happens:

  • Check your delivery location carefully (porch, side door, neighbor).

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, email info@floravincia.com for further assistance.


9. Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country. Rumoved cannot control these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer upon import.


10. Why aren’t prices printed on packing slips?
For gift purposes, packing slips do not include prices. Purchase amounts are available only in your order confirmation email.

11. How do I place an order?
Shop Rumoved collections online, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Verify your order details carefully before submission, as changes may not be possible after shipment.


12. What if my promo code isn’t working?
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and meet all conditions. Only one promo code can be used per order. Check the terms or contact support if issues occur.
