How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us to Begin

To start a return or exchange, email our customer support team at info@floravincia.com with your order number and reason for returning. Our team will respond with guidance and the next steps to follow.


2. Return the Item

After your return or exchange request is approved, we will share our return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving approval. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we can only process refunds or exchanges once the returned item arrives at our facility.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.


3. Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If it meets our return criteria, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement for an exchange,
    or

  • Process a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive email updates when we receive your return and when your refund or exchange is completed.


Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.


Non‑Refundable / Non‑Exchangeable Items

We gladly accept returns for defective products. However, the following situations do not qualify as defects and are therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Change of mind or stylistic preference

  • Size or fit issues after use

  • Damage caused by washing, wear, or customer modifications

Please note: items that were sent to you as a replacement or exchange are not refundable.


Important Notes About Returns

  • Rumoved is not responsible for return issues caused by customer errors, such as incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address data, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • If you realize your order information was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at info@floravincia.com with your order number and updated details so we can assist you.


Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your package.


How Refunds Work

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.

  • After the refund is initiated, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive email updates at each step of the review and refund process.
