Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Rumoved are carefully processed and prepared for shipment. Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Please note: during high-demand periods or due to customs delays, shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer several shipping options depending on your location. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. Occasionally, promotions may include free or discounted shipping — details will be provided during checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to become active. Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Rumoved cannot control these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer upon import.


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  3. If the package cannot be located, contact info@floravincia.com for assistance.

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue, but please note that once a package leaves our facility, carriers are responsible for delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Rumoved is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately at info@floravincia.com. Once the order has shipped, addresses cannot be changed.


Gift Orders

For gift purchases, prices are not included on packing slips. The purchase amount is available in your order confirmation email only.
